Our Long-Term Vision

Today, digital technology has become essential, revolutionizing daily life on all levels. The GTH Group has embarked on its digital transformation to benefit healthcare professionals, patient-consumers, partners, organizational efficiency, and, of course, its employees.
This transformation is built around two key business areas:
1/ B2B Focus: Providing healthcare professionals with a platform that aggregates a set of functionalities specifically designed to support them in adapting to changes in their field: administrative relationship tracking, training modules, webinars with key opinion leaders (KOL), market insights, promotions, and more.
2/ B2C Focus: Enabling us to meet the expectations of end customers, allowing them to find products from our laboratories at their fingertips on our e-commerce sites and major online marketplaces (health marketplaces, Amazon). We actively engage across relevant networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
These two focuses converge toward a simple yet ambitious goal: delivering a customer experience that meets the standards of today’s and tomorrow’s market. This digital transformation relies on the deployment of new working methods, the creation of an adapted organization, the integration of new expertise, and the implementation of data-oriented tools to optimize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
